Great location in the heart of the action, close to Times Square and MTR line. Helpful and responsive staff, especially Sara. Clean rooms with daily cleaning service. Good Wi-Fi for social media, YouTube, and Netflix. Fairly priced for the value.
Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about.
